UMASS Amherst Student Chapter of INFORMS Received the INFORMS Student Chapter Annual Award Magna Summa Cum Laude

Our Student Chapter received the Magna Cum Laude Award at the INFORMS National Meeting, which was held in Washington DC, October 12-15, 2008. The award was given on Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Our chapter was recognized for its outstanding performance in the year 2007. Please see this website for last year's and this year's officers. Patrick Qiang, Deanna Kennedy, Trisha Woolley, and our Faculty Advisor, Professor Anna Nagurney, attended the awards breakfast.
