Club Description

The Isenberg Real Estate Club meets every other week on Wednesday evenings (7:00pm in SOM room 118). Weekly topics can range from current events happening around the world to anything we feel is pertinent to the field of real estate. After going over the fundamentals and basics of the particular weekly topic, we will discuss related current events in the news. Occasionally we hope to schedule a professional, ideally a UMass alumni, from the segment of the industry we reviewed the week before, to give a presentation. Field trips will be organized once we become an RSO (fall 2008) to view construction sites in the nearby area (and Boston and Merrimack Valley region) to understand the construction aspect that goes along with Real Estate investing.
